Located in the heart of downtown San Antonio in a three story turn of the last century building, circa 1891.
The Bonham Exchange strives to not only provide a safe venue for music and dancing, but strive to change with the times. We hope to expose people to new ideas and to maintain a space where all individuals can get along and enjoy each others company, regardless of sex, race, ethnicity, age, or sexual preference- if only for a few hours. We do not wish to isolate the Gay community, as this will never lead to full acceptance within our society. Rather we invite everyone to come out and have a good time- and be whoever you want to be without fear of criticism. This is the legacy of the Bonham, as envisioned by Hap Veltman.
